CNH Industrial Supplier Portal access credentials revalidation | REMINDER

Dear Supplier, 

We would like to remind you that we are currently in the process of the annual access credentials revalidation for all supplier users of the Portal.

Concurrently with the user revalidation process, an automatic procedure to split supplier users’ credentials has started. As a result, supplier users will need separate credentials to access CNH Industrial and Iveco Group Supplier Portals.

You should have received an e-mail from the mailbox cnhind.supplier.portal@cnhind.com or ivecogroup.supplier.portal@ivecogroup.com inviting you to revalidate your access credentials. The e-mail was sent out on December 5th. 

Supplier users who have been logging on to the CNH Industrial Supplier Portal only, will need to confirm their credentials by clicking on the revalidation link sent by e-mail from the CNH Industrial Supplier Portal. Once you log-in to the CNH Industrial portal, this user id can no longer be used on the Iveco Group Supplier Portal.

Supplier users who have been logging on the Iveco Group Supplier Portal only, will need to confirm their credentials by clicking on the revalidation link received by e-mail from the Iveco Group Supplier Portal. Once you log-in to the Iveco Group portal, this user id can no longer be used on the CNH Industrial Supplier Portal.

Supplier users who have been logging on to both portals with the same user ID and password will receive two separate revalidation e-mails, one from CNH Industrial Supplier Portal and another one from Iveco Group Supplier Portal. You will need to choose which portal you would like to keep your current credentials. You will be issued new credentials for the other portal. The portal that you log-in to first will retain your current credentials.

The new credentials should be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please wait until the migration procedure is completed before logging on to the portal.

The revalidation will be completed by January 31st, 2023. Any users that have not revalidated will be disabled. They will need to request access to the Supplier Portals using the normal process.
